Daily menus: a different theme every time

At Landgoed Rijckholt, we don’t work with a fixed menu. Instead, we offer daily menus: each evening has its own theme, its own atmosphere and a carefully composed menu to match.

Think of an evening full of Mediterranean warmth, with antipasto, lasagne and a Zeeland twist on tiramisu. Or an evening dedicated entirely to the earth: from roasted beetroot to a farmhouse quiche with locally grown vegetables. And sometimes there’s a special guest at the helm, a visiting chef who tells his own story through the food.

During the summer months, you can also look forward to pizza evenings, cosy mussel nights, and afternoons or evenings with live music.

Because we work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we ask you to reserve at least four days in advance. Choose a date in the calendar to view that evening’s menu and secure your spot.
