On this page, you will find some extra information about your stay. The Bed & Breakfast consists of three buildings:

  • the restaurant with 4 family rooms on the 1st floor (accessible via stairs).
  • the B&B building with double rooms on the ground floor and 4 family rooms on the 1st floor (accessible via a spiral staircase).
  • the boathouse with 2 double apartments on the 1st floor and 1 double room on the 2nd floor (both accessible via a spiral staircase).

The Restaurant

The living room of the estate. A lovely place to relax with a snack and a drink upon arrival. And the place where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning.

For dinner, we work exclusively with reservations. Every evening features a specific theme and a set menu. Think of an evening filled with Mediterranean warmth featuring antipasto, lasagna, and a Zeeland twist on tiramisu. Or an evening completely dedicated to the earth: from roasted beetroot to a rustic quiche with locally grown vegetables.

Checking in and out

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out is between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

It is sometimes possible to deviate from standard times. Please contact us regarding this, and we will happily look at the possibilities together with you.

You can collect your key at the restaurant reception. When the restaurant is closed, the key will be left ready for you by the door.

Amenities & Rooms

Yes, all indoor areas have a strong Wi-Fi signal, giving you free access to the internet.

The accommodation has limited wheelchair accessibility. For example, the family rooms and double apartments are only accessible via a spiral staircase. Please contact us to discuss whether the location is suitable for you.

The rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. There is no air conditioning available.

The double rooms, corner rooms, and family rooms do not have a television. Nice and peaceful. Television is available in the double apartments and in the holiday apartment. Our Wi-Fi is well-suited for streaming, so a smartphone or tablet serves as a great alternative.

The double rooms and family rooms do not have a minibar or fridge. A fridge is available in the double apartments and the holiday apartment.

Parking & Accessibility

Yes, charging stations are available. Please contact us if you have any questions.

For public transport accessibility, we rely on the Flex service. Please check the Reizen Door Zeeland website for schedules and options.

Pets & Children

Pets are allowed; a surcharge per pet per night applies.

Yes, additional amenities are available, but in limited supply. Please contact us, and we will gladly find the best solution for your booking together.

Payment & Cancellation

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of a cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you in case of cancellation:

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date: 100.0% of the total amount
  • Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days before the arrival date: 50.00% of the total amount
  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the arrival date: free of charge

Special conditions for groups*:

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100.00% of the total amount
  • Cancellation between 8 and 21 days before arrival: 50.00% of the total amount
  • Cancellation more than 3 weeks before arrival: 25.00 EUR

(*) Groups: Any booking of 3 rooms or more.

The Estate

No. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and apartments, nor outdoors. Landgoed Rijckholt is a non-smoking property. Guests who wish to smoke are kindly asked to do so outside the main entrance of the estate.

Landgoed Rijckholt is like a small village. It is quiet, yet you will meet various people. In the villas, we provide care for senior citizens. There is also a childcare facility. The public areas, such as the studio, the restaurant with its conservatory, “het Varkenskot” (the pigsty), and the area near the pizza oven are freely accessible.
